01Graduate Programs and Summer Internships

Our analysts learn early in their careers what it is like to sit across the table from a Fortune 100 CEO, a Portfolio Manager or a Minister of Finance, and have their ideas heard. Collaboration is a vital part of the Fitch Ratings experience. So together with real-world opportunities to explore our business and develop your skills, you can expect to be exposed to the most senior leaders - whether you’re with us for the summer on a Summer Analyst Program, or for 12 months on one of our Graduate Programs.

Applications for our 2022 programs are now open and will be accepted on a rolling basis. See below to learn more about each of our programs and how to apply by clicking your preferred location.

02Summer Analyst Program

A summer internship gives you the unique opportunity to get an inside view of our organization through rotations and real-world on-the-job learning opportunities. This experience will help you start building a solid foundation for your future professional development and help inform your longer-term career decisions. The program is a 10-week rotational internship designed for students who are looking to pursue a career as a credit analyst. Join us during the summer before your last year of university - you’ll not only have the opportunity to learn real work skills, but you’ll also learn about teamwork and responsibility in the corporate arena. Summer Analysts may be invited back to join Fitch's entry level Associate Analyst Program after graduation.
